If you’re a ministry leader or team member, we want to make it easy for you to login and manage your posts or see team information without a big hassle.
You can log in by clicking the log in button at the lower right of the page and entering your user name and password. Once you are logged in ministry leaders can click ’site admin’ to write or manage your posts. Alternatively anyone that is logged in can see team member information, including further help on the about > website > user help page, or rosters etc.
This website has been designed and tested to work on Internet explorer 7, Firefox 3 and Safari 3.
But for best performance I recommend using Firefox or even better Safari.
If you have any problems feel free to leave a comment below and we will try to help, alternatively other feedback would be appreciated. (more…)
“When I can I like to get out for a surf or hang out with friends. This is the essence of life… our relationships with others. They’re not always easy but they are always worth it!” (more…)
Please note we have a No Alcohol Policy at The Orchard.
Church Ministries will be given priority should there be a clash of dates.
While we have not set fees, we do request a donation of a minimum of:
Up to Half Day Full Day
Auditorium $50.00 $100.00
Kitchen/Café $25.00 $50.00
Kitchen/Lounge $20.00 $40.00
Boardroom $20.00 $40.00
Gas BBQ $5.00
Sound Desk Operator to be negotiated
Users of the auditorium will be required to pay a bond of $100 which will be returned, providing all is in order, during the week after the event.
Users are expected to arrange the facilities as they want them, and then to pack up and return the facilities to the way they found them. You will need to provide your own tablecloths and tea towels.
Users are responsible to make sure the facilities are clean when finished. Cleaning equipment is available.
The kitchen benches should all be wiped clean, dishes returned to where they were found, and the floor swept and washed as necessary.
Rubbish should be emptied into the bins at the back of the facility, or if excess rubbish, taken away.
We have 10 people who have released time to this role among us, which we really appreciate. Their role is to visit people in their own homes, share with them, seek to speak Gods truth into the home, and note needs which they or others can assist with.
If you would like a visit, or know of somebody who would be blessed by a couple coming to see them, then give me a call.
Are you new to The Orchard? We’d love to get to know you, we have new comers lunches as a way to help you get connected within The Orchard.
Check below for updates or contact Graham.
At the Orchard we want to ensure that everyone feels welcome and comfortable, we are your hosts. This role is shared widely among our members at our bigger family gatherings.
