What I am here for is to journey with you as you begin to find the answers yourself. 

My name is Claire. 
I am a trained counsellor, with a Diploma in Counselling. I am a full member of NZAC and follow their Code of Ethics. 
Prior to working in Te Puke I worked for 2 years in Rotorua, at Barnardos, as their Counsellor and  Domestic Violence Coordinator & Facilitator for Children’s programme.  

I am also the ‘Growing Through Grief’ Co-ordinator & Facilitator, here in
Te Puke for the Seasons™ Programme. 
I am trained in using Narrative, Cognitive, Strength Based and Interactive Drawing Therapies. 

I am a widow with 4 children. I am a Christian, and I love the Lord. I am committed to following him, however I will not force my beliefs onto you.  

I have experience in working with adults, children over the age of 5 and teenagers; who are experiencing issues in the following areas:
